Alison Atkinson

Ali is a seasoned performer with over 35 years of experience in the world of dance and music. From her early days training in CSTD jazz, tap, and ballet, as well as RAD syllabuses, to competing in numerous childhood competitions, Alison's dedication to the arts has been unwavering.


Her passion for singing led her to various roles in professional musical theatre shows, showcasing her talents in productions such as "Les Misérables" where she portrayed Young Cosette, and taking on lead roles in classics like "Peter Pan" and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat."


Alison's versatility extends beyond the stage, as she has trained in Xtend Barre and Acrobatics Arts. She has worked professionally around Australia as a dancer and singer for companies such as the West Coast Eagles, Wildcats, SeaWorld, Crown and even the World Surfing League.


Venturing over to the East, Alison performed in a Corporate Band that travelled up and down the coast for six years. Upon returning to Perth, she became a vital part of the local music scene, performing in another corporate band before joining All Star's teaching faculty.


Ali wears multiple hats within All Star, serving as the coordinator for Ready Set Dance and sharing her expertise as a teacher. Her passion for acro shines through as she dedicates her Saturdays and Wednesdays to teaching this dynamic discipline. With an impressive and diverse career, Alison continues to inspire and nurture the next generation of performers through her teaching and dedication to the arts.
