Crystal has been working with children for eight years, starting off as a humble children’s party host she has progressed into an industry that has taken her heart and now specialises with children with disabilities.
Originally studying a diploma of early childhood development, she soon placed a permanent role at AEIOU, an early intervention centre for autistic children.
She spent two years there before taking some time to travel overseas and upon her return, dived into the private sector, working under NDIS as a carer.
Crystal enjoys all aspects of working with children and her role under ALL STAR DANCE and performance as a Ready Set Mover has her excited to be part of the team.
