Macy’s passion and commitment to dance has seen her learn from and work with many industry professionals in various productions and performance oppourtunities. She began her training at the young age of 2 with our all star studio and has been with us ever since!
Through our studio macy has gained dance qualifications in all genres, completing her CSTD examinations in jazz, tap, ballet and in jason winters’ contempOrary syllabus. Macy also competed in various competitions for many years both locally and nationally, which provided her with an abundance of stage experience and even further oppourtunity to learn, such as being chosen to work with lauren seymour and robbie Kmetoni at dance quest.
Macy was part of The Australian Performing Arts Network (APAN) for many years where she further worked with and learned from industry professionals, such as lucy durack, Carmello pizzino, stephan tannos and more. With apan she gained her knowledge and experience in becoming a triple threat performer, been apart of many musicals across perth, performing at the city of perth nativity and been apart of telethon for years.
Macy was recently cast as a featured dancer in the upcoming Australian film ‘It Only Takes a Night’ with actress eliza taylor, filmed in 2021, and most recently was a part of the ensemble in Fame the Musical at Crown Theatre in april 2022.
Macy looks forward to her 21st year AT ALL STAR and to continue to pass on her knowledge and real life experience from the professional dance world. BRING ON 2023!
